Today's session will concentrate on a sequence the tones and relaxes the heart, increasing its efficiency, stamina and endurance. Yogic exercise flushes the hormonal system increasing circulation and oxygenation. The breathing techniques that calm and energize the nervous system and help regulate blood pressure will be explained, demonstrated, instructed and corrected.
