Class B CDL Driver

We have a unique U.S. Patented, one-of-a-kind toilet and roll-off container combo, making our dumpsters the most innovative and efficient in the market. We are looking for a friendly, respectful and safe driver to provide exceptional customer service to our customers, while working closely with the owners daily.

Job Duties include:

• - Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely
• - Perform daily pre and post trip safety inspections and scheduled maintenance of the truck according to DOT guidelines
• - Daily inspection of redbox+ containers and other assets of the company.
• - Promptly flag any identified issues to management
• - Use company software to complete daily deliveries and pickups
• - Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• - Maintaining an excellent reputation with our customers for on time delivery and pickup. “On Time, Every Time” is the redbox+ promise
• - Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• - Maintain relationships with project managers
• - Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• - Log Driver Hours as required by DOT guidelines
• - Empty containers at disposal sites
• - Clean/Service portable toilets. Will provide training for sanitation license if candidate is not certified.
• - Tarp containers during transports
• - Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites
• - Maintaining positive and profitable relationships with redbox+ customers, contractors, and the homeowners or property owners they serve on the jobsite, as well as the vendors at various tipping locations. Getting to know and building a positive relationship with recurring clients and service providers is critical.

• - Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
• - Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
• - Highly skilled backing and maneuvering sometimes necessary
• - Professional interactions with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior to all members of public

Qualifications

• - Must be 21 years of age
• - Must provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
• - Good driving record
• - Valid/Current Class B CDL
• - Pass a background check
• - Pass drug tests before and during employment
• - Legally able to work in the US
• - Must have High School diploma or equivalent
• - Familiarity of McHenry & Lake County area
• - One year roll off driving experience preferred
• - Pay is based on experience
