Join us this May for a thoughtful Lunch & Learn dedicated to mental health awareness. Take a break, grab your lunch, and join the conversation as Capture Your Path Counseling and Altasano Welness explore ways to support mental well-being — for ourselves, our families, and our community.

This session will highlight practical tools for self-care, reduce stigma around mental health conversations, and connect you with local resources. Whether you're looking to strengthen your own mental health, support a loved one, or simply learn more, this is a safe and welcoming space to grow together.

If you choose the "with lunch" option, we will be serving pizza.
