Studies have shown that exposure to a wider variety of career options helps students make more educated decisions when planning for their post-high school experience. We are hoping to provide our students with as much information as possible at our fair. We are asking for your help! Would you join us a career representative who will help provide our students insight into your career world? If you are able to join us, please register here and details will follow. Thank you for your consideration! Dana Oddo, Career and Community Partnership Specialist
Grant Community High School is hosting a career exploration fair for our students as they navigate through their post-high school journey. This event will help students learn more about a potential career as well as the route they need to take to get there. Should they apply to a 4-year university? Or maybe a trade/technical school? What about a community college? Should they enlist in the military? Should they seek out an apprenticeship? Should they go straight into the workforce? These are all decisions our students will face, and we hope this event will help them walk away with a better understanding of which career is right for them as well as the knowledge of what they need to do to get there.
