Prairie at Brae Loch, a Student-Managed Restaurant

• Sample delicious bites and beverages prepared and served by Hospitality & Culinary students and faculty
• Tour Prairie’s state-of-the-art teaching kitchen & learning spaces
• Learn about hydroponics and the connection to CLC’s plans for an Urban Farm Center at Lakeshore Campus
• Engage with CLC’s Community & Workforce Partnerships and Foundation teams
• Celebrate CLC’s partnership with the Lake County Forest Preserves
• Participate in activities and take home some Prairie swag
• Compete for prizes in a putting contest on the 18th hole of Brae Loch Golf Club
