About this workshop: Transitions in life – such as the New Year – awaken the human inclination for self-reflection. Any time we return to the eternal questions “Who am I?” and “How do I wish to live?”, is an auspicious time for yoga and spiritual inquiry. The New Years Yoga Workshop is an annual tradition of reflection and envisioning to support our inquiry.
In this workshop, you will experience a guided meditation to help you reveal your personal intentions for the new year, 45 min gentle yoga practice, self reflection journaling to reveal your heart's desire.
